King’sBridge Retirement Community recognizes there are specific and unique circumstances that may arise for its employees from time to time. In these extenuating circumstances when there is economic hardship, King’sBridge makes available an employee assistance program called “Bridge the Gap” according to the guidelines below for qualifying employees.
The Bridge the Gap Program was launched to give residents, their families and staff an opportunity to give and provide funding to a program that supports employees in need. King’sBridge may match gifts up to a certain amounts. The Bridge the Gap Program does not provide long term or continuing support but rather is intended to “bridge the gap” that fills a short term financial need. All donated giving to the Bridge the Gap Program is made directly to King’sBridge Retirement Center, Inc. as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit entity. All gifts are tax deductible.
Seeking to honor or pay tribute to a family member or friend? Interested in learning how matching can increase your generous donation? Wondering how your gift today can support King’sBridge’s impact in the future?
The approval process consist of a Committee made up of Trustees, Management Staff, and Residents to consider detailed applications made by employees for a specific need. Specific qualifying guidelines are established by the Committee for granting gifts.

Donate TodayAt King’sBridge we have many ways that our supporters can both honor what matters most to them - and make a meaningful difference for our employees and residents in the Community. From donated funds, financial assistance is made by King’sBridge directly to a confirmed entity versus reimbursement to an employee or direct payment to an employee. Impact Areas include: Housing Assistance, Daycare Assistance, Temporary transportation, Emergency auto repairs, and Medically necessary emergency expenses.
We would be honored to discuss any of the above giving options with you. I have known for years that when I needed to move to a Retirement Community, it would be King'sBridge. I had friends who lived here and were well pleased. When I visited them I was always greeted and welcomed by Staff and Residents. I am very happy living at King'sBridge.
