Our Assisted Living residents are still active but benefit from having a safe and caring community that can offer them help when they need it. They can enjoy all the luxuries and privacy that come with having their own apartment. At the same time, they have access to help for daily living activities if they need it, such as meals, getting dressed, or bathing.
Staying active is always important - especially as we age. Participation in activities can help manage chronic diseases and delay the onset of age-related conditions. Engaging in social activities can help build and maintain relationships, stay emotionally strong, and improve health benefits. At King'sBridge, we provide our residents a calendar of diverse activities to ensure there's something for every interest.
Our three Assisted Living apartment floor plans - one-bedroom, one-bedroom with study, and two-bedroom - were designed with the senior in mind. Each residence has amenities that make it easier and safer for the older adult who might have mobility issues or be at risk of falling.
Prices vary based on several factors, including the floor plans, level of care, and second person fees. King’sBridge strives to make pricing as all-inclusive as possible, making budgeting and planning for expenses easier.
King’sBridge is pleased to partner with the private home care agency, Personal Care, Inc., which is separate from King’sBridge. The advantage for our residents with this partnership is Personal Care is able to provide a share-care service in smaller shifts since they have an office and many staff within our building. Personal Care, Inc. has provided personalized home care to seniors in Atlanta for over 40 years. With this offering of day-to-day services, our residents can remain in their own living environment to age in place. Personal Care is an available option as private pay for all levels at King’sBridge whether it is Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
King'sBridge also has a list of other providers of home care agencies that will assist residents in securing services. Any privately employed caregivers must comply with our community's policies, developed specifically for this purpose. All caregivers must be insured and bonded by the resident as employer, or by an agency providing this service. Ask our team for details about privately hired personnel.
