FAQs

Independent Living

Yes! We offer a guest room for relatives, family and friends of residents at King’sBridge. There is a daily fee to stay in our guest suite. Please contact us for details.

Independent living may be the right choice for someone who still manages daily tasks and is self-sufficient, but they do not want to hassle with things like lawn upkeep or housekeeping. They keep their own schedule, plan their activities, and take care of their personal needs, as well as drive their own cars.

King'sBridge offers a premier living experience for our seniors to enjoy residences full of light and luxury amenities. The kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops.

The living room is spacious but still quaint. Bedrooms are perfect for couples or singles, and the ceramic tiled bathrooms are designed for comfort. Every apartment comes with custom made shutters, safety grab bars, and HD basic cable TV. Emergency pendants are provided to every resident.

King'sBridge apartments have smoke detectors and fire sprinklers throughout. In an emergency, a staff member can be there within minutes to help. We pay close attention to our residents' medical needs, making sure you take any meds on time, and follow special diets. (There are safety grab bars in the showers. We provide emergency pendants to every resident.)

We offer transportation to medical appointments. There are also bus trips to local stores and attractions. We have in-house services to provide you with little things you might need, too, like stamps or birthday cards.

FAQs

Assisted Living

Independent Living residents typically live more by their own schedule and don’t require many, if any, medical care services. Assisted living residents have a more structured schedule and receive personalized care based on their needs and capabilities.

King’sBridge strives to make pricing as all-inclusive as possible, making budgeting for monthly expenses easier. Please contact us for more details.

Your new home is yours to enjoy. Your children, grandchildren, friends, and relatives are always welcome to visit. They can have meals with you in our dining room for a minimal charge, take part in events and activities and share in the enjoyment of your new home.

The Assisted Living Director can tailor the resident’s specific dietary requests or needs to fit into the personalized care plan for the resident. This can be done with collaboration efforts with the Dining Room Director before arriving to your new home.

FAQs

Memory Care

Memory Care and Assisted Living both provide housing, meals, and help with activities of daily living (ADLs), like bathing and toileting. However, memory care — with increased safety measures, specially trained staff, cognitive therapies, and more — also offers a specialized environment for people with dementia.

All bathrooms are in each individual apartment in Memory Care for privacy and dignity. Bathrooms are not shared among residents.

Yes, King’sBridge provides 24/7 care with care staff available to help with your needs. Our 24/7 care staff include LPNs, CNAs and CMAs.

I've worked for King'sBridge for over 11 years and found it to be very  family oriented. Our number one concern is always the residents, via care, safety with a homey feel. King'sBridge is truly my home away from home. I never feel like it's work, and residents are truly happy to be apart of the family here.
