King'sBridge serves our residents with a dedicated team of employees. Our professional staff provides care and amenities within a thoughtfully designed community, allowing residents to comfortably age in place with vitality.
Since 1985, King’sBridge has a reputation of delivering consistently high value services. Residents and families find the right blend in a beautiful appointed community, with excellent and compassionate care, abundance of amenities – all at a competitive price.
Since King’sBridge is a not-for-profit senior living community, we do not distribute any monies to shareholders, but rather reinvests all proceeds back into our Community for the benefit of those who call King'sBridge home.
Consistency and stability have been key distinctives of King’sBridge for 40 years. The building and campus grounds have been meticulously maintained and upgraded through the years; and more importantly, many of the staff at King’sBridge have long term experience in serving senior adults. We are known for consistency and lack of turnover in key leadership roles.
King’sBridge was the vision of leaders at Briarcliff Baptist Church in 1982 to establish a senior living retirement community adjoining their property by donating the original seven acres of land to King’sBridge. Although initially affiliated with Briarcliff Baptist Church, and formed as a “Christian Retirement Community,” eventually King’sBridge would become a separate 501(c)3 private not-for-profit senior living community with its own Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees was established by and continues to this day to be made up of local key leaders.
Construction of the beautiful campus on the hill above Briarcliff and Clairmont Roads began in 1982 and later a dedication ceremony would be held in March of 1984. In September 1985, King’sBridge opened its doors as a premier senior living community in Atlanta.
The King'sBridge campus is located atop a hill above Briarcliff and Clairmont Roads in Northeast Atlanta. Our residents enjoy off-campus excursions to explore their surroundings at museums, cafés, shows, concerts, and more. We are conveniently located for shopping near Lenox and Phipps Malls, Toco Hills, and Buckhead Village.
Our residents also benefit from our location, with close proximity to some of the region's best hospitals and healthcare providers at Emory Healthcare, Piedmont Healthcare and Northside Healthcare as well as other prominent medical facilities.
Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
Our society must make it right and possible for old people not to fear the young or be deserted by them, for the test of a civilization is the way that it cares for its... members.
