Our Memory Care provides a warm, inviting environment that fosters a strong sense of well-being and belonging. Our staff members offer so much more than dementia or Alzheimer’s services – they focus on keeping each resident active and engaged in life. We are licensed to serve residents with mild to moderate memory loss and cognitive impairment.
Staying active is always important - especially as we age. Participation in activities can help manage chronic diseases and delay the onset of age-related conditions. Engaging in social activities can help build and maintain relationships, stay emotionally strong, and improve health benefits. At King'sBridge, we provide our residents a calendar of diverse activities to ensure there's something for every interest. The following is a list of sample activities that take place each week.
This simple floor plan is more manageable for our Memory Care residents, and encourages them to take advantage of community spaces and activities. Our studio apartments offer the comforts of home with a spacious bedroom including a private bath. For safety, and because all meals are provided, Memory Care residences do not include kitchens.
Prices vary based on several factors, including the floor plans, level of care, and second person fees. King’sBridge strives to make pricing as all-inclusive as possible, making budgeting and planning for expenses easier.
King’sBridge is pleased to partner with the private home care agency, Personal Care, Inc., which is separate from King’sBridge. The advantage for our residents with this partnership is Personal Care is able to provide a share-care service in smaller shifts since they have an office and many staff within our building. Personal Care, Inc. has provided personalized home care to seniors in Atlanta for over 40 years. With this offering of day-to-day services, our residents can remain in their own living environment to age in place. Personal Care is an available option as private pay for all levels at King’sBridge whether it is Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
King'sBridge also has a list of other providers of home care agencies that will assist residents in securing services. Any privately employed caregivers must comply with our community's policies, developed specifically for this purpose. All caregivers must be insured and bonded by the resident as employer, or by an agency providing this service. Ask our team for details about privately hired personnel.
My husband and I have been at King'sBridge only a short time but we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff has been wonderful, the residents so welcoming, and the facility is lovely. We couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend this community!
